Cuba reinforced

Sicoma turbo mixers can be shipped in standard open-top containers thanks to the drum being cut into separate sections. Factory reassembly is extremely simple using appropriate mounting bolts. The drum is lined with wear-resistant steel sections in the standard version; a Ni-Hard cast iron lining is available upon request.

Rotor and mixing arms

All the arms are connected to a new type of rotor submerged in grease via a modular system, which absorbs impacts and ensures safe operation of the transmission. This solution also guarantees simple adjustment of the mixing blades and easy maintenance of the mixer.

Agitator and discharge accelerator arm

Turbo mixers can be equipped with one or two agitators to increase mixing action and reduce cycle time. This can be further reduced by adding a discharge accelerator arm.

Discharge gate

All components of the discharge gate are manufactured using CNC machines, and then the entire assembly is fitted to the tank. This ensures optimal assembly and adjustment for planar rotation on the rubber seal, which is essential for a leak-proof closure.

High-pressure washing

Two high-pressure nozzle bars rotate with the rotor to wash the bottom, walls, and deck, while two stationary bars efficiently wash the arms and blades. All nozzles are adjustable.

Accessories

The loading skip, cement scale, water scale, airbag, high-pressure lift, agitators, discharge accelerator arm, and multiple discharge gates are available across the entire mixer range. All accessories are factory pre-assembled to ensure minimal installation time at the plant.
