Horizontal twin shaft mixers

The SICOMA continuous production horizontal twin-shaft mixer is ideal for mixing cement gravel and for processes requiring continuous mixing, such as RCC, HCR, or CCR. This continuous production mixer offers significant advantages, including its extra-rigid tank and thorough mixing action.

Cuba reinforced

The reinforced structure of the tank eliminates the risk of deformation during operation under full load, ensuring the proper functioning of the seals.

Shaft supports and sealing mechanisms

Sicoma's patented modular support provides two well-separated chambers. The bearing is oil-lubricated. The seal, achieved with a unique counter-rotating disc system, is lubricated with liquid grease by an automatic pump.

Mixing paddles

They are made of 20 mm thick wear-resistant steel and are bolted to the shafts.

3D Development

MAO/C mixers are continuously being improved, thanks to the use of three-dimensional modeling software.
